Quick Fried Egg Whites with Dried Scallops

Ingredients:

6 egg whites
1/4 cup dried scallops
2 tbsp salt
3 tbsp corn starch
1 cup herbs

 

Methods:

  1. Mix egg whites and herbs
  2. Heat a little water in a wok/frying pan
  3. Add heated water to egg whites to start the cooking process
  4. Add the dried scallops, salt
  5. Add the corn starch and stir
  6. Heat oil in the wok and then pour in the mixture, stirring all the time
  7. Serve in traditional rice noodle cups
