Ingredients:
200grs chicken, diced
40 grs dried chili
40 grs spring onion, chopped or sliced
20 grs ginger, chopped
20 grs garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 cup stir fry oil
2-3 tablespoons Kong Po sauce*
Methods:
- Heat wok to a high temperature with 1‹2 cup oil and stir fry chicken for 1-2 minutes. Remove chicken from wok, drain off excess oil and leave aside.
- Keeping the temperature high stir fry the dried chili, spring onion, ginger and garlic for one minute with a little sesame oil, add in the chicken and finally add in 2-3 tablespoons of Kong Po sauce. Serve immediately.
