Ingredients:
4 live New England Lobsters (about 1-2lb each)
Salad greens
Butter
Fresh lemon wedges
Methods:
Boil a large pot of water and add a generous amount of salt. Into the boiling water place each lobster (head first). Boil for about 8-9 minutes and remove. Place on a large plate with a selection of salad greens, butter and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
