Ingredients:

1 pound Lobster tail
8 each Jumbo Shrimp
8 each Jumbo Scallops
16 each Littleneck Clams
32 each Prince Edward Island Mussels
4 tbsp. minced garlic
4 tbsp. minced shallots
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. dry tarragon
4 oz brandy
4 tbsp. ketchup
18 oz heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste

 

Methods:

  1. Sear seafood
  2. Add garlic and shallots
  3. Deglaze with brandy. Add seasonings. Ketchup and heavy cream
  4. Reduce and check seasonings for flavor
  5. Enjoy
