Ingredients:
1lb. Semi sweet chocolate
1lb. Sweet butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup egg yolks
9 whole eggs
praline paste
8 brioche cups
Methods:
- Melt chocolate and butter, set aside.
- Whip all the eggs together, add sugar and whip until thick. Reduce speed, add flour and chocolate. Fill to top with chocolate and bake for 10 minutes at 350°.
- Place in refrigerator until firm.
- Butter brioche cups, fill half of the cup with chocolate mixture and place 1/2 tsp. of praline paste in center.
