Quebec City, Quebec (Episode #11)

Taste of Life heads northeast next, to visit Quebec City which is considered a World Heritage Site. In Quebec City their cuisine, as much as their culture is steeped in history and tradition. We'll visit Aux Anciens Canadiens, a restaurant set in the city's oldest home, where the Quebecois chef Jean Camirand prepares a rich wild game dish. Later, we visit one of the most environmentally friendly specialty food manufacturers in existence, The Gourmet Sauvage, whose products come only from the wilderness of Canada.
