Taste of Life's fine dining choice is the ultra-luxurious Xin Hwa restaurant at the elegant Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Executive Chinese Chef Alvin Chang and his team concentrate on China cuisine drawing their inspiration from local Chinese culture and heritage. The menu strongly reflects new Sichuan and Cantonese flavors and for our show, Executive Chef Chang prepares Kong Po Chicken with spicy dry chili and Xin Hwa's secret chinese Kong Po sauce.
