Taste of Life celebrates its hometown with
a trip around this culturally diverse city and a visit to the internationally
renowned restaurant, Centro. Weíll watch Executive Chef Marc Thuet
prepare his delicate and sumptuous appetizer, "Assiette Gourmand
of Quebec Foie Gras, Heritage Bay of Fundy Salmon and Ahi Tuna".
Rounding out the cultural theme of this city, we'll visit "The House
of Tanjore" where we'll witness the creation of Indian sauces,
samosas and rice from all corners of the globe.
