Chez Jean Pierre where Executive Chefs Jean Pierre and Wayne Murphy
prepare a delicate dish of "stuffed quails with foie gras in a grated

Ottawa's Political atmosphere is apparent in more
than its parliamentary buildings, you'll also find it permeates
into the city's food culture. Not only are politicians and diplomats
meeting over gourmet meals at the many first class restaurants
here, but the political institutions have rivaled over chefs--
one in particular, superb Executive Chef, Jean Pierre Muller who
eventually opened his own restaurant called Chez Jean Pierre.
