Whistler, British Columbia (Episode #33)
We visit the stunning resort of Whistler,
B.C. and meet the Executive Chef of The famous Chateau Whistler,
Glenn Monk. Glenn and his Sous Chef, Jason McLeod create for us
a delicious pumpkin soup right in the pumpkin itself and then a
stuffed baby chicken roast on fresh hay. Blackcomb Helicopters whisk
us aloft for a tour of the glaciers and expose some of the most
awesome scenery in the world. We fly over the latest golf course
built in Canada at Nicklaus North, which brings to four, the total
number of designer courses in the town. Truly a four-season resort,
Whistler is really a destination with something for everyone. Bidding
for the next Winter Olympics, Whistler stands ready to take its
place amongst the world's truly outstanding places to ski, snowboard,
heli-ski, snowmobile, snowshoe, golf, climb, hike or just sit in
