Barcelona, Spain (Episode #44)
In Barcelona, we see amazing Gaudi architecture,
whose famous cathedral remains unfinished after over 100 years
of construction, a dining gem where chef Carmen Ruscalleda has
gathered 2 Michelin stars to her name at the restaurant Sant Pau,
wide city streets, Las Ramblas and its dynamic market, stunning
beaches and finally, the home of great Spanish Cava (champagne
method sparkling wine), Freixenet. All these ingredients make
Barcelona one of the great cities of the world. At the restaurant,
we also learn a new twist on Spain's signature beverage, Sangria.
