North of Boston, Massachusetts (Episode #56)
Taste of Life travels the distance from
Bostonís doorstep to the New Hampshire border to a region ripe
with heritage, dubbed North of Boston. We'll stay at historic
Hawthorne Hotel, home of Nathaniel's Restaurant, where Executive
Sous Chef, Matt Poulin, will show us some of the restaurant's
signature dishes. Weíll meet Geoff Woodman, owner of the world
famous house of local seafood, who will take us clam digging and
then treat us to an authentic New England clambake and weíll wash
it down with Ipswich Ale, a traditional brew famous throughout
the area.
