Taste of Life journeys to eastern Canada,
to discover the rural beauties of Prince Edward Island. This tiny
island is a tapestry of textures, as colorful landscapes are stitched
together with rivers, red road and trails. Venture into historic
Charlottetown, the birthplace of confederation and the home of Lucy
Maude Montgomery's famous redheaded character, Anne of Green Gables.
We will visit the Inn at Bay Fortune, a beautiful garden hotel that
features Executive Chef Jeff McCourt. His artistic culinary skills
have been dubbed as "edible art", and today Jeff will amaze us with
a masterpiece created from a palate of exclusively local ingredients.
Join us, as we come home to the Canadian island famous for its intimacy
and warmth, Prince Edward Island.
