This epicurean odyssey transports us to
the stunning Mayan Riviera, Cancun, the jewel of Mexico's Yucatan
Peninsula. The idyllic white sandy beaches, luxuriant waters and
a coastline that has the second largest coral reef in the world,
makes Cancun a very attractive destination for the two million visitors
that vacation here every year. Our Taste of Life fine dining destination
is the palatial Hilton Cancun. Executive chef, Raoul Shay Castio,
will share a traditional Mayan fish recipe. While weíre there, we'll
check out the creature comforts of the hotel and sample the Monkey
Cancun at the pool bar. Taste of Life will visit the El Castio Pyramid
and the sensational Thousand Columns at one of the finest archaeological
sites in Mexico, Chitanitsa. Weíll also explore the fabulous coral
reef that sits just off the coast.
