world, Miami mixes the natural beauty and colourful splendour of
a tropical paradise with a cutting edge of urban chic. It is a true
centre of culture and diversity. Unique in its combination of big
city sophistication, quaint seaside charms and hot Latin tempos.
We'll explore this diversity, from the historic art deco district
to the tree lined boulevards of Coral Gables. Weíll also take a
peek at the sizzling nightlife and take a stroll through the Florida
Everglades. Our fine dining choice in Miami is Ortanique on the
Mile, a superior restaurant that features a stunning array of culinary
fantasies. Executive chef, Cindy Hudson, will prepare a delectable
Jerk Seared Ahi Tuna and a decadent bread pudding. Weíll also talk
to managing director, Delius Shirley, who will share with us two
of his signature drinks, the Cuban Mojito and an exciting Fresh
Fruit Rum Punch.
