Taste of Life travels to the winter
wonderland of Quebec City to discover the famed Ice Hotel. Constructed
out of snow and ice, CEO Jaques Dubois takes us on a tour of this
fully functional 36 room hotel, complete with electricity, satellite
television, internet access, a wedding chapel and two art galleries.
After exploring this arctic palace, we will visit with Mario Gagnon
of the Hilton Quebec as he prepares his tempting Salmon Roulade
with Brazed Cabbage and Wild Rice. Following dinner, we'll throw
on a toque and head for the Ice Hotel's Vodka Bar where the bar
staff will concoct a special cocktail, the Ice Wine Martini. Discover
the beauty of Quebec's winter season.
