Taste of Life begins by exploring some of the more colorful elements
of Indian cuisine. We'll venture into the world of Indian spice
where are senses will be tantalized by their history variety and
preparation. B. K. Sethi will enlighten us about the exotic spices
that come from India and tell us about an Indian staple, basmatti
rice. We take a look at another Indian tradition, the finely brewed
and precisely spiced Chai Tea. Taste of Life's first dining choice
is The Host, an exclusive Indian restaurant. Executive Chef Sanjeet
Sethi will explore the delectable styles of northern India cuisine,
from Tandori to Tikka. Our second fine dining choice is the Udupi
Palace where the Executive Chef will prepare a Southern Indian
favorite, the Masala Dosa.
