Dining on Top of the World (Episode #101)
Taste of Life visits the World's Tallest
Building and free standing Structure, Toronto's CN Tower. Standing
over one thousand eight hundred and fifteen feet high, the Tower
has come to be Toronto's flagship landmark, and a Canadian symbol
known around the world. But the Tower isn't simply an architectural
wonder: nearly two million visitors a year visit the site to take
in the view and sample some of Canada's finest cuisine. On this
episode, Taste of Life takes a tour of this amazing architectural
feat with the President of the CN Tower. We'll experience breathtaking
vistas at the Tower's restaurant in the sky, the 360, as Executive
Chef Peter George prepares his delectable Summer Tomato Salad
and Braised Summer Rabbit, Duck Leg Confit with summer beans.
Plus, we get a rare look inside the highest wine cellar in the
world.
